First Presbyterian of La Grange is a vibrant church with a very active congregation that is excited to know you! Situated in historic La Grange, Illinois, our congregation draws members from local and neighboring communities such as Brookfield, Western Springs, La Grange Park and others.
We are known for our community outreach and multi-faceted family programs such as our youth and adult education ministries, Faith Forest children's Sunday school, small groups, and our care and support ministries.

Community Concert Series
All are invited to monthly weeknight concerts held on the third Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. in our Sanctuary.

Valentina is a Venezuelan violinist currently based in Chicago. While obtaining her Certificate in Violin Performance at DePaul University and serving as the teacher assistant of Professor Ann Setzer, she is a regular member of the Civic Orchestra of Chicago and Faculty at the Northwestern University Music Academy. Valentina has performed throughout the United States and Venezuela. She has had the opportunity to play in masterclasses for Itzhak Rashkovsky, Simon Gollo, Robert Chen, the Dover Quartet, Ani Schnarch, Blair Milton, Robert Hanford and others.

Join your neighbors and fellow members of First Presbyterian Church of La Grange (FPCLG) for Spirits & Spirituality—an evening of connection, conversation and community held on the second Tuesday of each month at Barrel House Social in downtown La Grange, 100 W. Burlington Ave.
Happy hour: 5:30-6:00 p.m.
Discussion begins at 6:00 p.m.
In a relaxed and welcoming setting, we’ll reflect together on how the world around us calls us to recognize that we are surrounded by God’s love—especially through the support of a generous, accepting and loving community like FPCLG.

Partnership with Living Waters for the World
First Presbyterian Church of La Grange currently has covenants with five partner communities in El Salvador. We will be supporting El Espino in the coming years with upgrades that will allow their water team to produce much more clean water that the community desperately needs. We sent a team to El Paraíso in 2022, to San Cristóbal in 2023, to San Rafael Cedros in 2024 and to Mercedes Umaña in 2025 to aid in the construction of water purification systems with accompanying public health education for their communities.
